Fudge
Making fudge is a fond memory I have from my childhood. I found my favorite recipe on the back of an evaporated milk can. No Christmas season is complete without fudge.
| 3 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | c | Milk - Evaporated 12 oz |
| 1/2 | c | butter |
| 2 | c | chocolate chips |
| 1 | jar | Marshmallow Cream - 7 oz |
| 1 | tsp | Vanilla |
Butter a 13x9x2" pan. Set aside
In heavy 3-qt saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium and boil 5 minutes (approximately 234* F), stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, and vanilla. Pour into buttered pan and cool until firm.
Hide until you are ready for it to disappear :)
